Notable Trash Mobs
Enchanted Armament's Unquenchable Flame
As players navigate through the Burning Font, they will encounter the following enemies:
Ember in the Wind
Additionally, there is a mini-boss, Mol'dana Two-Blade, who attacks the tanks with Rising Flame Kick, dealing moderate Fire damage. Mol'dana will also use Ember in the Wind, teleporting to three randomly-chosen players and dealing moderate Fire damage to all players within 6 yards of the target. The targets of this ability will be marked with an orange arrow shortly before Moldana leaps to them.
The raid should try to stay spread out while fighting in the narrow corridors of the Font, to avoid splashing Ember in the Wind damage to other players. Also, be careful with AoE, as it is possible to pull packs of trash across a conveyor belt and become overwhelmed.
Flamebender Ka'graz Tips & Strategy
Aknor Steelbringer & Flamebender Ka'graz
The Flamebender Ka'graz encounter requires high raid awareness and heavy movement. The fight becomes progressively more difficult as Ka'graz gains Molten Energy, culminating in a powerful Firestorm effect when Ka'graz reaches 100 Energy. Ka'graz's Energy then resets, and the cycle repeats until Ka'graz is dead.
The encounter begins with both Flamebender Ka'graz and Aknor Steelbringer active.
- Aknor has very little health compared to Ka'graz
- He attacks his current target with Devastating Slam, which must be faced away from other players
- He occasionally leaps to a far-away player and will Drop the Hammer on them
- Aknor should be tanked in melee, so that melee are not valid Drop the Hammer targets
- Ranged should spread out to avoid splashing Drop the Hammer damage
- Focus initial damage on Aknor, while multi-DoTting/cleaving onto Ka'graz
- Aknor should be dead before Flamebender reaches 25 Molten Energy, to simplify the start of the fight
Avoid spreading Lava Slash
Flamebender Ka'graz will begin the fight with only two abilities, Lava Slash and Summon Enchanted Armament.
- Lava Slash targets a random ranged player, drawing a line of flames between the boss and the target
- When the flames reach the targeted player, they erupt, dealing moderate Fire damage to the target and any players within 7 yards
- Any additional player who takes this eruption damage will be targeted by a new Lava Slash, taking double damage and drawing another fire line from the original target to the splash target
- Ranged should stay spread out to avoid splashing the Lava Slash damage
- Lava Slash occurs approximately every 15 seconds, and the fire lines last for about 90 seconds
- Try to position the raid so that Lava Slash fire lines do not obstruct movement too much
Summon Enchanted Armament occurs approximately every 45 seconds. Ka'graz hurls a flaming weapon at a random ranged player. The <a style="color: #ffd100; cursor: pointer; outline: none; text-decoration: none; font-family: 'Open Sans', Arial, 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 1
